The Jaskomal Foundation is a UK-based charity that raises awareness of stem cell donation and supports families affected by blood cancer. The organisation focuses on encouraging people from ethnic minority backgrounds to join the stem cell register, addressing a critical lack of representation among potential donors.
Their existing website had become outdated, difficult to navigate, and couldn’t be updated by the team themselves. All content changes had to go through external support, making it hard to keep the site current or share upcoming events. On top of that, their branding was inconsistent and underdeveloped, with only a basic logo and a few colours in use. As the charity looked to raise its profile and streamline its messaging, they needed a modern, user-friendly site that clearly outlined their mission and made it easy for supporters to take action.

We wrote, designed and built a new website in Webflow, giving the Jaskomal Foundation full control to manage and update their content independently. Using a broad outline from the client, we developed the site architecture, wrote clear and accessible copy, and designed a friendly visual style that reflected their mission.
Although the charity already had a logo, their branding was inconsistent. As part of the website project, we refined their visual identity by introducing a more cohesive colour palette, improved typography and a suite of bespoke ‘stem cell’ illustrations.
The site includes eight pages, with a dedicated "Save a Life" section featuring the four main calls to action: joining the stem cell register, donating, volunteering and fundraising. Each action is supported by a custom illustration, adding warmth and clarity to the user experience. The final result is a modern, easy-to-navigate website that helps the foundation better engage their audience and communicate their message with clarity.
