Atlas Clinical Research is an umbrella organisation that recently acquired several clinical research companies, including Rochester Clinical Research (RCR), Suncoast Clinical Research (SCR), and Suburban Research Associates (SRA). Each subsidiary has a unique focus, from vaccine trials to Alzheimer’s and mental health studies.

The problem

Although each acquired site held a valuable place within Atlas’s network, their branding was inconsistent and outdated, lacking the professionalism needed to attract study participants effectively. Atlas required a streamlined approach to refresh the visual identity of each subsidiary, elevating their marketing collateral to a more cohesive and professional level. However, time and budget constraints meant a full rebrand for the subsidiaries was not feasible.

The solution

To enhance outreach without a full rebrand, we created new marketing collateral that respected each site’s unique identity. For Rochester Clinical Research (RCR), Suncoast Clinical Research (SCR), and Suburban Research Associates (SRA), we developed magazine ads, bookmark, billboards, posters, and infographics—all designed with clear calls-to-action to boost study participation.

Each piece incorporated updated brand colours, typography, and carefully chosen imagery tailored to each site’s specific focus, from Alzheimer’s research for SCR to vaccine and mental health trials for RCR and SRA. This approach provided Atlas with refreshed collateral that enhanced credibility and engagement across its subsidiaries.
